The Ohio State University’s Food Innovation Center partnered with Virta co-founders Dr. Stephen Phinney to bring together scientists and researchers to discuss the science of low carbohydrate nutrition at a conference hosted by the OSU Food Innovation Center. Video recordings were sponsored by Virta Health, and OSU and Virta have decided to make these videos free and available to the public.

Eric Kossoff, MD is a practicing physician who focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of childhood seizures and epilepsy. He is an expert on dietary treatment for epilepsy, and he lectures around the world about the use of ketogenic diets as a treatment for epilepsy. Dr. Kossoff is the Director of the Pediatric Neurology Residency Program and a professor of neurology and pediatrics at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
