Dr. Angela Poff on Exploiting Cancer Metabolism with Ketosis and Hyperbaric Oxygen
The Ohio State University’s Food Innovation Center and Virta co-founders Dr. Stephen Phinney and Dr. Jeff Volek partnered to bring together scientists and researchers to discuss the science of low carbohydrate nutrition at a conference hosted by the OSU Food Innovation Center. Video recordings were sponsored by Virta Health. OSU and Virta have decided to make these videos free and available to the public.
Angela Poff, Ph.D, is a researcher at the University of South Florida who studies non-toxic metabolic-targeted therapies for cancer and neurological diseases. Dr. Poff received her B.A. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Hendrix College and received an M.S. and Ph.D. in Medical Sciences with a concentration in Molecular Pharmacology and Physiology from the University of South Florida.
