Instructions

- Using a decorating bag (or Ziploc bag with corner cut off), pipe cream cheese mixture in cupcake liners or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form ghosts (makes about 16). Add chocolate chips for eyes.
- Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours or until firm until ready to serve.
