Instructions
- Position an oven rack in the highest position and preheat broiler to high.
 - Line broiler with foil.
 - In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, oil, lemon juice garlic, salt, and pepper.
 - Add the shrimp and stir until well coated.
 - Remove the shrimp from the butter mixture and arrange in a single layer on the broiler pan.
 - Pour the remaining butter mixture over all the shrimp.
 - Broil for 2 minutes.
 - Turn with tongs and broil for 2-3 minutes longer, or until shrimp are thoroughly opaque.
 - Transfer, with the cooking juice, to a serving platter and sprinkle with parsley.
