Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a large baking dish with butter.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sauté onion and zucchini until tender, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, zucchini, and onion, and mix in tomatoes, sour cream, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to casserole dish and add feta and chili flakes. Place in oven and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
