Instructions
- Place pizza stone in oven and preheat to 450 degrees.
- Place cauliflower rice or crumbles in a large microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
- Spread cooked cauliflower on a towel to let it cool.
- Remove as much liquid as possible from the cooled cauliflower. You can do this by wrapping the cauliflower in a towel and squeezing. Repeat until all moisture has been removed. You can also try using a cheesecloth to help remove excess moisture.
- Transfer dried and cooled cauliflower to a large bowl and combine with cheeses, oregano, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and eggs. Use your hands to form a ball of cauliflower dough.
- Tear a piece of parchment paper the size of your pizza stone (or slightly smaller). Form the dough into a flat circle until your dough is of desired thickness.
- Carefully move the parchment paper with crust and place on the pizza stone.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, just enough to get the crust crisp and sturdy.
- Remove the crust from the oven and top with desired toppings. Bake for another 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
